Accessibility
Last updated October 2, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification or other assistive technology, in line with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across customsdatalock.com, including our forms and the customer portal.
How we build the site
- Pages and forms are built to work with a keyboard, using standard links, buttons and form fields.
- Pages use real headings, labels and landmarks, so screen readers can move through them.
- Images that carry meaning have text descriptions. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Animations are reduced or turned off when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Layouts adapt to phones, tablets and browser zoom.
- We run automated accessibility checks on our pages as we change them, and fix what they find.
We do not use accessibility overlay widgets. We fix the site itself.
Known limitations
- The animated globe on the homepage is a visual summary of shipping routes. The same information is described in text beside it.
- A few colored buttons do not yet meet the contrast target for small text. We are updating them.
